Order Picker 

Jardin de Ville, a Quebec based high-end outdoor furniture company, is looking to fill a position for order picker for its pergola manufacture located in Mirabel.
A family business that has been working in the industry for more than 60 years, Jardin de Ville is proud to promote the well-being and satisfaction of its customers and staff.

Here are the tasks related to the Order Picker position at Jardin de Ville:

• Supervise a student during the summer period
• Consult manufacturing orders and assembly plans according to the client orders
• Ensuring that all necessary components are on hand to fulfill client orders
• Check the conformity/quality of various parts
• Build hardware kits as needed
• Place orders for hardware parts
• Use the punch tool machine to drill certain aluminum parts
• Package all the necessary components of the pergola into boxes (structure, canvas, curtains, and hardware) including carrying out an inspection
• Perform various manual tasks during the low season
• Driving a warehouse type forklift on occasion

Do you have the profile?

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess good manual dexterity and be versatile
• Attention to detail
• Like to work standing up and adopt a safe behaviour
• Demonstrate thoroughness
• Demonstrate computer skills
• Driver card (an asset)
