JARDIN DE VILLE, a Canadian company and a leader in the design and commercialization of high-end outdoor furniture, is looking to fill a front desk Receptionist/Administrative Support position in our Jardin de Ville Ottawa and Toronto stores.

Here are the tasks related to the Receptionist – administrative support position:
- Front-line customer service;
- Respond to e-mails and incoming phone calls;
- Support the Showroom Manager in his daily tasks;
- Administrative support for the Sales team (i.e. prepare quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
- Coordinate the logistics of orders;
- Greet customers and respond to questions and inquiries should all Sales Associates be occupied.
Do you have the profile?
- Strong customer service skills;
- Avaialble working weekends during our high season ( April to August);
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate good verbal and written skills;
- Know how to manage priorities;
- Motivated and a team player;
- At ease with inventory operating systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Demonstrate initiative, versatility, organization and diplomacy.
