Materials and Care
Sunbrella© Awning FabricRenowned both in the design scene and the boating world, Sunbrella© fabric stands out for its trendy color palette and high performance. The pigmentation of Sunbrella© fabric is developed during the creation of its acrylic fiber, giving it exceptional durability. Its awning canvas version is breathable, waterproof, mold-resistant, and comes with an 8-year guarantee against fading. Moreover, its use as a shade is recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation as the fabric does not let UV rays penetrate. Clean it with water, mild soap, and a microfiber cloth. For light stains, use water, mild soap, and a microfiber cloth to clean your canvas. For a thorough cleaning, we recommend bringing your canvas to the nearest Jardin de Ville store at the end of the season. Our partner Nettoile will take care of deep cleaning and re-waterproofing it to ensure its longevity.
Anodized aluminiumLightweight, strong and locally made, anodized aluminium is distinguished by a surface treatment that makes it more resistant to wear, corrosion, heat and salty air. Once a year, clean it with water and dish soap, then rinse and wipe dry with a microfibre cloth. -
